Your Impact

In this role, you’ll be more than just a Relationship Manager – you’ll be a champion for change. Every conversation you have and every relationship you build will contribute directly to the well-being and future success of young Australians. You will:

  • Ignite Potential: Manage leads and drive new connections through proactive outreach, ensuring that our transformative programs reach those who need them most.
  • Foster Growth: Support new and existing clients through every step of their journey, from initial contact to the successful delivery of our life-changing programs and events.
  • Champion Our Brands: Develop a deep understanding of our diverse programs, from leadership forums to empowering school camps, and communicate their value to stakeholders with passion and clarity.
  • Drive Success: Utilise your skills in CRM management and strategic thinking to support our business development efforts, helping us grow and enhance our impact.

Youth Leadership Academy Australia (YLAA) is a pioneering, youth-led not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young Australians to lead themselves, their schools, and their communities.
