Youth Leadership Academy Australia is a youth-led, innovative, multi-facilitate organisation specialising in enabling our future leaders to lead themselves, their schools and our communities to ensure a positive future for our nation.
YLAA exists to provide young people across Australia with skills to live positive, fulfilling lives through leadership. The world is changing at an unprecedented pace YLAA aims to prepare young people with the confidence to thrive in technology-led worlds by equipping them with the skills of adaptability and creativity.
YLAA is a social enterprise where 100% of profits fund youth suicide prevention programs across Australia through our impact partners.
For five years, YLAA has been expanding through Australia and now is the time that we need a person to join the organisation part-time to facilitate and design the programs that YLAA delivers online and in person.
YLAA works with young people across four different pipelines:
The program facilitator role will curate and facilitate programs in these four areas focusing on the content that is delivered, how it may be delivered and for facilitating it.

The role is based out of our office in Sydney CBD, part-time, 24 hours per week. All YLAA employees are offered flexible working conditions, including in-person, remote and flexible hours. Whilst a Sydney-based employee would be preferred, management will consider other
